Services:
We provide permit-ready plan sets, architectural design, and engineering services for decks, ADUs, and single-family homes. All plans are prepared according to provided information and applicable codes.

Project Information:
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their projects. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or omissions caused by inaccurate data.

Ownership & Use of Plans:

• All plans and documents remain the intellectual property of TIA ARCHITECTS+DRAFTING until fully paid.

• Plans are for the client’s personal use or construction purposes only. Unauthorized resale or distribution is prohibited.
   

Payment:
Fees are outlined in the project proposal. Work will commence once agreed payment terms are met.
 

Liability:

• We are not responsible for construction errors, permit approvals, or compliance issues caused by on-site modifications or contractor practices.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the plan sets provided.
   

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of our business location.

Changes to Terms:
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
